Captain Stacy Wuthier, USN
Commanding Officer, Naval Station Everett
Captain Stacy Wuthier serves as the Commanding Officer of Naval Station Everett, leading the installation in supporting fleet readiness, shore operations, and community partnership in the Pacific Northwest. Commissioned in 2000 through the Nuclear Enlisted Commissioning Program and Officer Candidate School, she is a Surface Warfare and Nuclear-trained Officer.
Prior to assuming command of Naval Station Everett, her leadership tours include commanding Nuclear Power Training Unit Ballston Spa and USS Jackson (LCS 6) Blue Crew. Her extensive sea duty spans service aboard aircraft carriers, littoral combat ships, frigates, and cruisers, with operational deployments across the 5th and 7th Fleets. Ashore, she has served with the Joint Staff J7 and in international liaison assignments. She holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
